How do i fit a radio in a Peugeot 106?

I have a radio for my 1997 Peugeot 106 which i am trying to fit. I have wired it up several imes and when i start the engine, the fuse for the radio blows.

I cant see anything on the net that might help, so any advice is welcome.|||You are shorted somewhere. But assuming you're not, do this...

Run it on a separate circuit. It's going to be a pain in the ***, but you'll get it with some patience.

Buy a relay from RadioShack or Autozone. Run a wire from a constant 12V source (battery) into the hot input on the relay. Locate your ignition wire (or even your head unit turn on wire) and run it into the switched input. Run a wire from the output of the relay into the head unit and voila. You've made your own circuit that turns on with the car.
