Is there fiat cars and peugeot cars in the united states?

me and my dad were having a discussion about all the different car companies and he brought up these two, which I've both never heard except then i wondered, is peugeot the brand that makes lamborginis (i think i spelled that wrong)?? but mainly i just want to know if these are sold in the US. thanks.|||You cannot buy a new Fiat or Peugeot in the United States, but used models are available.

Fiat pulled out of the US market in 1984. A few dealers remained to sell the last of the cars and service existing customers. Today, there are no official Fiat dealers in the US. There are numerous independent repair shops and parts suppliers to service existing Fiat cars.

Parenthetically, Fiat's sports car brand, Alfa Romeo, stuck around in the US market until 1995

Peugeot pulled out of the US market in Sept 1991, after the model 405 failed to gain positive sales numbers. At the time there were 151 dealers in the US and approx. 60,000 Peugeot cars on the road. Today, like Fiat, there are used Peugeots for sale (check e-bay or Craigslist) and a number of repair shops and parts suppliers.|||Peugeot is a French company and Fiat is Italian. Both have been selling cars in the U.S. for many years. (The Fiat 128 Spider was a neat 2 seat convertible sports car imported in the 60's-80's.)

Fiat incidentally is trying to buy Chrysler - Dodge right now.

The Lamborghini company is now owned by (would you believe) Volkswagon, who bought it in 1998.|||If you are in the USA, they used to sell them here, but they left the US because of sales and poor reliability and durability. Now that Fiat has taken over Chrysler, Fiat will be back within a couple of years. I like both cars. If you are in most other countries, they are probably still available.|||Yes there are dealerships for both vehicles in the United States. As a matter of fact, Chrysler bought in to Fiat quite some time ago. I do not know if they still partner with them or not.|||Both Fiat %26amp; Peugeot do not sell cars in the US.
