How much does a electric start cost for a Peugeot speedfight?

Im asking this because i wanna buy this peugeot speedfight on ebay and the person that is selling it said the electric start might need replacing. does it really matter if the moped has a electric start because it has a kickstart so if anyone could tell me how much one will cost or if i really even need to buy one thanks|||no you can start it buy the kick start, but it is convenient to have, i would look on the website , give the right information for the starter part.
