How do I tell if my Peugeot 206 is fitted with an automatic wiper?

It's a 2001 Peugeot 206 and the automatic wiper was an optional extra for the model. I'm just not sure if mine has it (second owner).





Thanks!|||I have the 406 with this feature. The easiest way to check is have a look behind the rear view mirror ( from outside) there should be a sensor ( looks like an led ) under the glass. Then switch ignition on %26amp; select the first wipe position on the stalk, pour water ( from watering can etc) down the centre of the screen, the wipers should start slow then go full speed. If you have the electronic display, it should show 'Automatic wipers activated in 1st position|||Call the deaership and give them your rego, ask parts guys to see if it had them. see how many settings your wiper switch has. is ther one with doesnt turn them on? if so try wetting the window with hose or bottle of water and see if they go on that setting with the ignition on.
